What SpectralSync Does

SpectralSync helps users transfer their playlists and liked songs between Spotify accounts. It runs entirely in your browser and communicates directly with Spotify using their official API and OAuth 2.0 authentication with PKCE.

Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to use SpectralSync in accordance with Spotify's Terms of Service.
  • You are responsible for your Spotify account and for managing your own content within the Spotify platform.
  • You must have the necessary rights to transfer the playlists you select.
  • You understand that playlist transfers create new playlists on the target account with copied track data.

Acceptable Use

This service is provided for personal use only. The following are not permitted:

  • Commercial use without explicit permission
  • Automated or bulk transfers using scripts or bots
  • Misuse that violates Spotify's Terms of Service
  • Reusing, redistributing, or reselling this service without our consent

Limitation of Liability

SpectralSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data or playlists due to Spotify API limitations or changes
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any issues arising from the transfer process
  • Changes to Spotify's API that may affect functionality

Service Changes

SpectralSync may change, update, or stop offering features without notice. We aim to provide a stable and reliable experience but make no guarantees of uptime or availability.

Intellectual Property

The SpectralSync application code and design are owned by the creator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission. All Spotify-related trademarks and content remain the property of Spotify.

These terms may be updated over time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.
